Once I initiate my order, what happens next?
Once you initiate the order and choose a dealership with the Ducati North America representative, you will have 7 days to secure your order by making a down payment at the dealership.
Once my order is secured, how long will it take to deliver my Neiman Marcus Hypermotard?
Production for the first 50 bikes will start in October and if you are one of the first 50, your bike will be ready in approximately 45 days from the time of order. The next production is scheduled for February 2009 and deliveries will begin in March 2009. Each Neiman Marcus Hypermotard is hand crafted and made to order. Special attention is paid to each detail ensuring your one-of-a kind Ducati meets the highest standards.

Can I order a Neiman Marcus Hypermotard at a Ducati dealership?
No. This limited edition motorcycle is only available to US customers who start their order request directly through Ducati North America.
How/where will my Neiman Marcus Hypermotard arrive?
Your Neiman Marcus Hypermotard will arrive at the Ducati dealership of your choice. The race exhaust system will not be installed at the bike and that will need to be coordinated along with any additional accessories prior to delivery.

Where do I take my Neiman Marcus Hypermotard for scheduled maintenance?
Please bring your Neiman Marcus Hypermotard to the Ducati dealership of your choice for the scheduled maintenance and for any other of your Ducati needs.
Are the Neiman Marcus Hypermotard and its accessories covered under warranty?
Yes, the Neiman Marcus Hypermotard and the included accessories are cover by Ducati's standard 2-year warranty and the motorcycle is eligible for Ducati's Ever Red extended warranty.
Is the Neiman Marcus Hypermotard eligible for any of Ducati North America's current special financing offers?
No, the Neiman Marcus Hypermotard is not eligible for any of Ducati North America's current special financing offers.
